Welcome to the Sony Australia and New Zealand engineering FTP support site.

The aim of this FTP website is to provide efficient software and engineering support to Broadcast and Professional customers.

The support includes;

  • Software and engineering support to our Authorised Service Centre network
  • Premium Software and engineering support for customers with Service Level Agreements
  • Limited software and engineering support for Broadcasters, Networks and any Professional and Broadcast customers who do not have a Support Level Agreement in place

This site allows for customers, with the relevant support levels in place, to upload error logs, video clips and audio for investigation.
In many cases, this enables the investigation of issues or problems while a customer is using the product, and could potentially mean that the problem is resolved without the product being sent in for repair.

Also availavle for download from this FTP website is various Operational, Installation and Owners manuals.
